How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add to your bag. When you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to make sure you get your items fast. If you need to make a change, please email support@befeisty.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to amend or cancel.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, and save your favourites.

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

No worries. You can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Feisty Activewear ships worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us at support@befeisty.com and we’ll investigate right away.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please use our returns portal for a quick, easy process.

How do I return an item?

Visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number, and follow the steps to send your item back.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes — if stock is available, we’ll exchange your item free of charge.

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Are your products true to size?

Yes, Feisty Activewear is designed to be true to size. For a performance fit, choose your usual size; for a more relaxed fit, size up.

How should I care for my Feisty Activewear pieces?

To keep your activewear looking fresh:

- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron or bleach
- Air dry flat for best results

Will sold-out items be restocked?
