1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays). We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm may be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Options & Estimates

Delivery timeframes and prices are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier and service level. The estimates below are indicative and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and selected service. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions—terms will apply.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Most orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery.

5. Delivery Address & Changes

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers where carrier restrictions apply.

6. Pre‑Orders & Split Shipments

Orders containing pre‑order items will ship when all items are available, unless we advise otherwise. We may split your order into multiple shipments at no extra cost to get available items to you sooner.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment. Please notify us of any missing, damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections or other force majeure events. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

10. Failed or Refused Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or an incorrect/incomplete address, we can resend (additional shipping may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost once received back in good condition.
