Returns Policy

1. Summary

At Feisty Activewear, we want you to love every item you order. If you change your mind you may be able to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return must reach us within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Purchased directly from befeisty.com

  • In original packaging, new, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and hygiene seals intact

  • No marks, stains, scents, or damage

  • Each order returned separately using its own return label

  • Safely packed to prevent damage in transit

  • Return details correctly submitted through our online returns portal

Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

Subject to stock, we can exchange for a different colour/size of the same style. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

5. How to Start a Return

  • Visit our [Returns Portal].

  • Enter your order number and email address.

  • Select the item(s) you want to return and reason for return.

  • Download your return label and drop off your parcel.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

6. Returns Postage & Costs

Return postage is your responsibility and is non‑refundable. You should use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. If we supplied a pre‑paid label, we may deduct the label cost from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

For faulty/incorrect items, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return postage once the issue is confirmed.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or sent in error).

  • If a discount code was used, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

8. Condition of Returned Items

Please try items on with care. Avoid make‑up, deodorant, perfume or other transfer. Items returned in an unsaleable condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

9. Multi‑Buy & Bundle Returns

For promotions such as ‘buy X get Y’ or bundles, returning part of the order may reduce or remove the promotional benefit. Any refund will reflect the promotion’s adjusted value.

10. International Returns & Duties

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties and taxes. Mark the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
