1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern Feisty Activewear’s Buy One, Get One Free (“Promotion”) available on www.befeisty.com (the “Website”). By taking part, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 5 November 2025 to 30 November 2025, or while promotional stock lasts.
Feisty Activewear reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
Open to customers aged 18 and over.
Available only on full-priced items within the Launch Promotion collection.
Valid for UK orders only, unless otherwise stated.
4. How It Works
Purchase any eligible item and receive a second eligible item of equal or lesser value for free.
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout when two qualifying items are in your cart.
For multiple pairs, the lowest-priced eligible items will be designated as the free items.
Offer valid only once per transaction unless otherwise specified.
5. Returns & Exchanges
If you return the paid item, the free item must also be returned in its original, unworn condition.
If you choose to keep the free item and return the paid item, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Our standard Returns Policy applies.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Exclusions
Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer code.
Excludes gift cards, sale items, and limited-edition collaborations (unless stated).
Not valid on previous purchases or orders placed before the Promotion start date.
7. Availability
All items subject to availability. Feisty Activewear does not guarantee stock of any specific size, colour, or style.
Once promotional stock is sold out, the offer ends automatically.
8. General
Feisty Activewear reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone suspected of misuse or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
